My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms had a simple elegance that was by far the nicest and most comfortable of our time in Patagonia. The staff and owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, the room was a little small and didn't have any drawers at all, which made it too simple as the name suggests.

The service at the hotel was top-notch. The staff was always attentive to our needs and one of the best we've encountered in our trip to Chile. However, they made a mistake with my restaurant reservation one night, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel's location outside town provided the best views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was a short taxi ride away from town and close to the wild coastline with abundant wild fowl. Additionally, it was perfect for visiting Estancia Bahia Esperanza, with fantastic views from the hotel.
